We’ve all been to stuffy letting agents that seem to not have a clue about how to provide a good service and put you guys, the tenants, as the most important part of the process. Fortunately, we’ve been through that process and hated it so thought we’d try and change it for the better.

We’ve been there, we’ve rented properties and understand what we people want, what makes for an easy, straightforward rental or Sale. We are here to make the procedure as easy, fun, and stress-free as possible dealing with real people, real properties for an honest, real service. We’ve been in this game a long time for a reason!

Area Knowledge

Our team consists of over 30 years of property experience within the capital so we are extremely confident when it comes to offering the best possible advice on your selected areas. While we have the property side covered, we can also offer some tips on the best places to eat, drink and even dance which can be found in our area guide!

Flexible Viewings

We carry out viewings on Monday to Friday until 6:00 pm and appointment based on Saturdays. If you need to view outside of these guidelines just give us enough notice and we will be more than happy to help with staff living locally. We will cater for most situations, say hello, we can’t wait to hear from you!

24/7 Call Out

With our management services, there will be 24/7 contacted numbers provided for those out of hour nightmares! From lockouts to emergencies, we will help. We’ve all been there, no matter how big or small the issue, get in touch, one of us is always around to assist!
